It is worthwhile to take weight off your feet during the day time. Take off your head. Ten minutes of relaxation like this gives relief to your aching feet.

Do it as many times as you can during the day time. Another simple exercise is to walk first on the outside and then the inside of each foot.

For itchiness of feet, rub them with lemon or vinegar. Corns and calluses are caused by ill shoes fitting and wrong way of walking. Bare feet walking on the grass helps a lot. Defuzzing of legs

There are two ways of getting rid of hair on legs. If you want to shave off the hair, do so immediately after your bath. Apply a little shaving cream and shave upward strokes. Then rub some moisturizing cream on your legs.

Depilatory creams leave a smoother surface. Apply with a spatula on hairy parts of the legs and wait for about ten minutes before wiping it off with damp cotton. Then wash with warm water and rub on some talcum powder.

Feet care routine

Rub your feet and legs daily with pumice stone, during your bath. It will discourage build up of hard skin in feet and weaken hair growth. After bath deal with cuticles and toe nails exactly the same way as you do for nails of your hands.

Pedicure (once a week)

Dry your feet and cut the nails straight across, leaving the corner. You may trim the corner slightly. This way of trimming the nails prevents in growing toe nails smooth with emery board. Now clean under the toe nails with cotton tipped orange stick. Next, buff the nails and apply cuticle remover.
